Vertical Ribbon Blenders:

NBE Quik Mixes vertical auger mixers are designed to economically mix pellets or granules. Constructed with a top-loading drum, a vertical mixing auger, and an auger-top material dispersing paddle, NBE Quik Mix mixers ensure an even and complete material blend. The NBE Quik Mix design allows for fast, tool-less cleaning between material or color changes. The vertical mix auger and tube are completely removable for cleaning of the drum and components.

Quik Mixers are top-loading and designed to economically mix pellets or granules using its vertical mixing auger and dispersing paddle. The easy-clean design has made the Quik Mix a proven performer for dry material mixing and color blending. For capacities ranging from 350 to 3400 lbs, thorough cleaning between batches has never been more simple with the completely removable mix auger and tube. No Tools Required! For capacities above 3400lbs. a large access door and optional split tube auger design provides the capability for between-batch cleaning.

Whirlwind High-capacity Vertical Auger Mixers
Whirlwind Mixers are base-loaded and designed to economically mix a variety of pellets or granules using its vertical mixing auger and dispersing paddle. Material is loaded into the mixer through the 90° rotating infeed hopper at the base of the mixer and discharged through a spout with a slide gate shut-off.
