Multiple Container Mode: Vibratory Densifier Arm and Pad

When in the multiple container controls setting, the NBE single-station variable container filling system safely and accurately densifies multiple containers on a single pallet using an automated, vibratory densifier arm and pad.

Independent of the deck base, the arm and pad extend to densify one container at a time. When complete, the pallet deck rotates to repeat the cycle on each container on the pallet; eliminating empty drum bounce and unsafe operator interaction common with conventional densifiers.
